In these deeply uncertain times, we are all facing unprecedented challenges. Like you all, we have been watching as the world changes around us and like you all, we were left wondering how we could do our part.

While travel may not be top of mind for many of our guests, if you need us, we would like you to know that we are open and we are here for you.

 

Booking:

Booking is as easy and flexible as ever. Call us direct at 1-800-700-2264 or book online at either bcminns.com or kanatainns.com. There you will find our lowest rates and our most flexible booking options. As a reminder we only require 24 hours to change or cancel any reservation so you can book ahead with confidence.

 

Staying with Us:

We are here for you and will continue to provide the best product and service possible. We share your concerns regarding cleanliness and social distancing and have taken some extraordinary measures to ensure the health and safety of our guests and staff.

Additional and continuous sanitization and cleaning is being conducted in all lobbies, public areas, common spaces, offices, staff rooms and most importantly our guest rooms including but not limited to:

  • All touchable surfaces
  • Countertops, keyboards, telephones and pin pads
  • Luggage carts
  • All door handles, locks, walkways, handrails, door frames, light switches
  • Coffee pot handles/buttons, juice machine buttons, table tops

 

We have imposed strict hand washing standards for all of our staff and encourage all guests to do the same. At locations with a breakfast service this has been reduced to sealed items, peel-able fruits, coffee and juice. We have temporarily closed all pools, hot tubs, fitness facilities and meeting spaces. We have also reduced the frequency of our housekeeping service all in an effort to increase social distancing and reduce areas of increased risk.

We wish you and everyone you care about the very best. In times of great difficulty, the best thing we can do for each other is to be understanding, be patient and be kind. Take care of yourselves and remember, if you need us, we’re here.
